Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Cutely Unique for your unique and personalized items! We’re dedicated to delivering items that meet your expectations, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Since most of our items are custom-made just for you, our return policy has been designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our production partners.

1. Personalized & Custom-Made Items

1.1 Due to the nature of custom products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the design and description you ordered.

1.2 We encourage all customers to double-check their personalization details (such as names, dates, custom colors, etc.) before placing an order to ensure accuracy.

2. Damage or Defect Policy

2.1 In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@cutelyunique.com. We may require photos of the item to assess its condition and approve your request.

2.2 Once we confirm the issue, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

2.3 If your item was damaged in transit, please retain the packaging and take photos, as this can assist with any claims.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

3.1 If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to correct the issue by resending the correct item or issuing a refund if the item is out of stock.

3.2 In some cases, orders containing multiple items may arrive separately depending on supplier logistics. If part of your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

4. Non-Custom Items

4.1 For any non-customized items, we offer a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

4.2 Return shipping costs for non-custom items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approving your return request. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.

5.2 Please note that if the product was shipped from a supplier with a shipping fee or other import costs, these charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Return Process

If your item meets the above criteria for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@cutelyunique.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos, if applicable.
  2. Wait for confirmation from our team. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship your item using the provided instructions. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
